 10 TO JOIN NORTHSTAR ATHLETIC HOF IN FALL, 2009
The Athletic HOF Selection Committee has announced that 7 athletes, 2 coaches, and a state champion team will comprise the third class of the NHS Athletic Hall of Fame. Former athletes Darnill Brown '95, David Dumpel '92, Melissa Foley '00, Tara Pointon '93, Trisha Sutton '90, Russell Terlecki '88, and David Thames '91 will join former softball coach Peg Howell and former boys' basketball coach and athletic director Pete Leonard along with the 1990 Girls' Softball NJ State championship team when the Northstars formally induct them on September 12, 2009.
